This fire station is a great addition to the City of Kissimmee. The staff is very helpful, especially when it comes to providing assistance to those in need. I had a great experience with the department's responsiveness, and the quality of care they provided was top-notch. The amenities available, such as the restroom, are convenient and accessible to everyone. However, there was an issue with the fire system at a nearby hotel, which is disappointing to hear. The fire station's working hours are a bit limited, with the latest night shift starting at 20:00. It would be beneficial to have more extended hours, especially during peak event seasons in downtown Kissimmee.
