The overall experience at this shoe repair shop is mediocre. The quality of work seems to be inconsistent, with some customers receiving good results while others report poor repairs. Pricing is somewhat reasonable, but some customers have felt taken advantage of. The shop's ability to innovate and adapt to new techniques and materials is unclear. Some customers have praised the shop's owner for his skills and attention to detail, but many have reported negative interactions, including rudeness and a lack of professionalism. The shop's reputation has been damaged by these incidents, which have been exacerbated by issues with scheduling, communication, and customer service. A few customers have reported difficulty getting their items repaired in a timely manner, with some items being lost or misplaced. This has led to frustration and disappointment among customers who have been promised prompt service. The shop's location and accessibility seem to be good, with on-site parking and a wheelchair-accessible entrance. However, the shop's hours of operation are somewhat limited, which may make it difficult for customers with busy schedules to get their items repaired. It's worth noting that some customers have reported feeling taken advantage of by the shop's owner, who has been accused of being overly expensive and dismissive of customers' needs. This has led to a negative reputation for the shop and a loss of trust among customers. Ultimately, the shop's inconsistent quality, limited hours, and negative customer interactions make it a mediocre choice for customers in need of shoe repair services.
