This condominium complex is located in a convenient area, making it easy to access the surrounding St. Petersburg neighborhood. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, providing comfortable parking for visitors. A wheelchair accessible entrance is also available, which is a great feature for individuals with mobility issues. The complex has partnered with Kings Moorings, a reputable brand that suggests a high level of quality and service. Unfortunately, the quality of the complex's buildings and amenities could be improved to better meet the expectations of potential residents. Overall, the complex offers a good balance of convenience, accessibility, and comfort.
