The location has a lot of good qualities that make it an attractive place to live, especially for seniors. The building has wheelchair-accessible features, including a parking lot and entrance, making it easily accessible for everyone. The co-branding with King's Arms Uncle Fredo suggests a partnership that brings additional benefits to residents.
Most residents appreciate the quiet and peaceful environment, which is a big plus for those looking for a relaxing place to call home. The staff is often praised for being friendly and helpful, with some reviewers mentioning that they felt very welcome.
There is also a strong sense of community, with residents feeling supported and taken care of. Activities and conferences are available, which can be a great way to stay engaged and active.
However, not everyone has had a positive experience, and one reviewer mentioned that the administration was poor. This is a concern that needs to be addressed to maintain a high level of quality service.
