This place is a perfect fit for a family vacation or a group of friends. The villas are spacious and well-maintained. It has three bedrooms which is ideal for big groups. The enclosed pool is a great addition to the property. The location of Kissimmee Vacay Villas is convenient, situated about 30 minutes away from Disney World. The service at the villas is good, however the staff could be a bit more friendly and approachable. The villas have a wheelchair accessible parking lot which is a great feature for visitors with disabilities. The co-brands with King Palm Villa suggest a good partnership, but I wasn't able to find out more information about it. Unfortunately, the working hours of the villas seem to be inconsistent, with some days listed as closed or unavailable.
