The Kids Palace Academy - Day Care is a reliable and trustworthy daycare center that offers a wide range of services, including childcare, education, and activities for children. The center has a long history of serving the community, with over 13 years of experience, and is a family-owned business that takes pride in its work. The center's staff is extremely professional and caring, with many reviewers praising their kindness, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with parents. The center's facilities are clean, well-organized, and safe, with a secure entrance and a variety of activities to keep children engaged and entertained. However, one issue that has been raised by a reviewer is the center's handling of child care emergencies. In one case, a child was left without care at the last minute, and the parent was not notified. This incident was particularly concerning as it was not handled in a way that prioritized the child's well-being and safety.Overall, while the Kids Palace Academy - Day Care has many strengths, including its quality of care, pricing, and innovativeness, it is essential to address the issue of child care emergencies and ensure that the center has a plan in place to handle such situations. The center's web page on Facebook is well-maintained and provides valuable information to parents, including the center's working hours, features, and co-brands. The page is also accessible, with features such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. The center's ratings on review platforms are overwhelmingly positive, with many reviewers praising the center's staff, facilities, and services. The center's average rating is 4.7 out of 5, indicating a high level of customer satisfaction.
