This location is known for its buckets of fried chicken, combo meals, and sides. The atmosphere is quiet and casual, making it a good fit for families and groups. The staff is friendly and courteous, but some customers have reported issues with the quality of the food, including soggy nuggets and old, dried-out chicken. Some customers have also reported issues with ordering and receiving incorrect food items. Despite this, the location is popular for dinner and lunch, and offers a variety of amenities, including seating, Wi-Fi, and wheelchair accessibility. However, the pricing seems to be a major concern, with some customers reporting that the prices are too high for the quality of food received. Overall, the location is an average 3.6 out of 5, but with some areas for improvement.
