The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff is professional and efficient, and the medical assistants are knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Elder is an exceptional doctor who takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and listens to his patients' concerns. He is very knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies. The office is well-organized and clean, and the waiting area is comfortable. The only issue that was encountered was with the scheduling, as one patient had to wait three weeks for treatment to begin, which can be a significant delay for people with ongoing pain or injuries. However, the office staff was very apologetic and tried to accommodate the patient's needs as best as possible. Overall, the office is well-run and provides excellent care, but may need to work on their scheduling system to improve patient satisfaction.
