I visited the Kentwood Park condominiums located at Building 2302, S Maki Rd Road, Plant City City, and my overall experience was mixed. The property has some good qualities, but there are also some significant drawbacks. One of the biggest issues I found was with the property management, which seems to be inefficient and unresponsive. Several owners have complained about emails going unanswered and meetings being poorly organized.The quality of the apartments themselves seems to be average. While some owners have mentioned that the property is quiet and clean, others have reported maintenance issues that they had to deal with on their own. The condominiums appear to be well-maintained in some areas, but others seem to be neglected.In terms of pricing, the HOA dues are reportedly affordable, but the rent prices may be a bit steep for some budgets. However, the location of the property seems to be a major draw, with plenty of amenities and easy access to major roads.Unfortunately, I couldn't find much information on how innovative the property management is in terms of using new technologies or practices to improve the living experience for residents.Overall, I would not recommend this property to potential buyers or renters without some significant caveats. While it has some good qualities, the property management issues and maintenance concerns are significant enough to warrant careful consideration.
