Dr. Yamamura and his team are exceptional listeners, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and address your concerns. They're knowledgeable, skillful, and have a gentle bedside manner that puts patients at ease.The facilities are wheelchair accessible, and the staff is accommodating to all patients' needs. The team is dedicated to providing quality care, and their expertise has demonstrably improved patient outcomes.However, there seems to be a major issue with communication between the office and patients. One patient had difficulty getting in touch with the office for an urgent matter, and it took months to get a response. This lack of responsiveness is a significant concern and may impact patients' trust in the facility.Overall, this location is an excellent choice for medical care, but it's essential to address the communication issue to provide seamless and timely care to patients.
