The business at Building 8925, Bolton Ave Avenue, Hudson City is a construction and development company that offers repair and renovation services, including welding and custom metal fabrication. They provide free estimates and are certified and experienced in their field. The business has a 4.5 rating on third-party platforms, indicating a generally positive reputation. However, one of the clients had a very negative experience with the business, describing the owner as unprofessional and rude, with poor workmanship and overpriced services. On the other hand, many clients have praised the business for its excellent work, responsiveness, and professionalism, with some noting that Kelly is a master of all things metal and a great guy to have as a neighbor. The business seems to prioritize quality work and is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy clients, as evidenced by one client's experience where Kelly fixed their poorly installed lift on the same day. The business also appears to be innovative, as one client praised Kelly's ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to their problems. One potential issue with the business is its handling of client expectations and communication. One client felt that Kelly kept pushing them off and eventually refused to do the work, citing that it was none of their business what he does after hours. However, this incident seems to be an outlier, and the business has generally been praised for its responsiveness and professionalism.
