This home service location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance. The address is Building 10120, Bryant Rd Road, Lithia City, where customers can find Keller sales and services, a co-branded business partner. While quality of service is somewhat reliable, I have noticed that some technicians lack professionalism and preparation. However, good customer service skills do not always mean that the job will be done properly. As for the pricing, I was surprised to find out that I have been overcharged by the company, although the final cost was still a bit more reasonable. Unfortunately, this place lacks innovation, failing to meet the customer's expectations in some cases. As a one-time user, I can only say that I am a bit hesitant to come back, but I am willing to give this place another chance. The one major letdown for me was the need to rehire the company to fix the issue done incorrectly by their technician, which made me a bit disappointed.
