The business is located at a convenient address on Dundee Rd Road in Winter Haven City, Building 2010, with a web link to access more information. The working hours vary from day to day, with Monday and Friday having the same hours, 11:00 - 18:00. Unfortunately, the business is closed on Wednesday and Saturday, with a partial closure on Friday and Sunday. The features include various payment methods such as NFC mobile payments, Debit cards, and Credit cards, which makes it easier for customers to make transactions. Wi-Fi is available, and the business has taken steps to ensure accessibility for everyone with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. Onsite services are also offered, which can be convenient for customers. One major issue with the pro shop is that it's not open consistently and sometimes closed early, resulting in frustrated customers who can't pick up their items. Despite the efforts of the owner to apologize and provide a solution, this issue remains unresolved. On the other hand, the staff at the business, particularly Vernon, are knowledgeable and patient, providing excellent service to customers, which is reflected in the high ratings from satisfied clients. Many customers have had a great experience with the business, praising Vernon's expertise and friendly demeanor. They appreciate the wide selection of equipment and the willingness of the staff to help them find the right items for their needs. Some customers have even recommended the business to others, which speaks to the positive reputation of the store. However, one customer had a negative experience due to a lack of response to an email, which is concerning. In another instance, a customer was not able to pick up their items due to the pro shop's inconsistent hours.Overall, the business has its strengths, including a wide selection of equipment, knowledgeable staff, and convenient payment options. However, the issue with the pro shop's hours needs to be addressed to prevent frustrating customers.
