This business offers a unique home-building experience with a variety of new homes for sale, featuring open floor plans, energy-efficient features, and the ability to personalize to fit your style. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with representatives like Charles and Amy who are known for their thoroughness, honesty, and excellent communication skills. However, there have been some concerns raised about the quality of construction, with one customer citing issues with communication and a lack of transparency. Despite this, many customers have praised the business for its reasonable prices and efficient services, including predesigned floor plans for homes.
