The company, KB Home, builds homes for the way people live, with open floor plans, energy-efficient features, and personalized styles.Unfortunately, this location has had some issues with flooding. One customer mentioned that the area floods like no other and they are waiting for it to fold. Another customer expressed concerns about the place being horrible, with flooding and broken retention ponds, which they believe will get worse. They also mentioned that the traffic is bad and the roads are poorly maintained. It's unclear if the company is addressing these issues or taking steps to improve the area. The website seems to be active and provides information on new homes for sale in the area, but it doesn't mention any efforts to mitigate the flooding concerns.Overall, this business seems to have some significant issues that need to be addressed.
