The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable waiting area for pets and their owners. While there have been some instances where clients felt that the staff was not very helpful or were not willing to accommodate emergencies, these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule. Overall, Kathleen animal hospital seems like a great option for pet owners who are looking for a reliable and compassionate veterinarian. One of the main concerns that have been raised by some clients is the availability of emergency services. While the hospital has generally good hours of operation, some clients have reported difficulty getting an appointment for emergency situations, or have been told that the hospital is not equipped to handle certain types of emergencies. This could be a problem for pet owners who need immediate attention for their pets.In terms of quality, the hospital has a good reputation for taking care of a variety of animals, from routine check-ups to more complex medical procedures. The veterinarians are well-trained and experienced, and the staff is generally knowledgeable about animal care. However, some clients have reported that the hospital's prices can be high for certain types of procedures or services. In terms of innovativeness, the hospital seems to be relatively up-to-date in terms of technology and medical techniques. The veterinarians are knowledgeable about the latest advances in animal care, and the hospital seems to be committed to providing high-quality care to its patients. However, some clients have reported that the hospital could do more to incorporate new and innovative approaches to animal care.Overall, Kathleen animal hospital seems like a good option for pet owners who are looking for a reliable and compassionate veterinarian.
