Kasey's Notary Services is a convenient and reliable option for those in need of notary services. The fact that they offer online appointments and have a wheelchair accessible parking lot makes them a great choice for many. Their 24-hour service is a bonus, especially for those with last-minute needs.
The prices are reasonable, which is a definite plus. However, there is one issue that stands out - the service can be a bit unprofessional at times. One customer was left standing, with no explanation or apology, which is unacceptable.
Despite this, the overall quality of service is high. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they seem to take pride in their work. The owner's responses to reviews are also a positive sign, as they show a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Overall, Kasey's Notary Services is a good choice for those in need of notary services, especially those who value convenience and affordability. However, it's essential to be aware of the potential for unprofessional behavior.
