The Karma Relaxation Spa on US-27 Street in Clermont City offers a wide range of services, including massages, facial treatments, and other beauty and wellness services. The staff is professional and friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing. The facility is wheelchair accessible, making it a great option for people with disabilities. They accept various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The hours of operation are convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and weekend. However, the quality of services seems to be inconsistent. Some customers have reported receiving average massages, while others have praised the therapists for their skills and professionalism. It's also worth noting that one customer had a poor experience due to what they felt was discriminatory treatment. One potential issue is the language barrier some customers have reported. While it's not a major concern, it could be an issue for non-English speakers.
