This location provides medical services, specifically gastroenterology care, under the umbrella of Dr. Karina Irizarry, MD. Despite a good accessibility setup, including a wheelchair-accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance, there seems to be an issue with unprofessional staff behavior, which is highlighted by a few dissatisfied clients who experienced rude treatment. The services appear to be limited in terms of treatment options, as some clients reported being unable to receive necessary care or medication. On the other hand, there is a positive review that speaks to good care and professionalism. The location caters to various insurance plans but seems to struggle with implementing treatments. Overall, while there are some strengths, such as being wheelchair accessible and possibly fair pricing, the negative experiences are concerning. It is essential to verify the quality and innovativeness of services offered before visiting this location.
