The location is situated in Building 14418 on East Dr Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard in Dover City, offering home and daily services through Karen's Complete Cleaning. The business provides cleaning services, and clients can contact them at +18135453624. Despite having a low overall rating, the location's pricing is highly praised. The business has received both positive and negative feedback from clients. One client was extremely satisfied with the service, mentioning that Karen and her team were professional, efficient, and did an exceptional job in cleaning their house. The team was punctual, and the client appreciated the sparkling clean result. However, another client had a disappointing experience with a deep clean service. They reported that the team of seven people missed numerous issues, including sweeping only half of the lanai, leaving out cabinets and blinds, and not cleaning under the bed or couches. The client was also unhappy with the response from Karen, who told them to remember that they had 12 cats and it had been seven days since the service, rather than apologizing or offering a solution. The business has been criticized for its quality, professionalism, and responsiveness. One client felt that Karen's response was unprofessional, while another client was disappointed with the deep clean service. The lack of innovation in the services offered and the failure to meet client expectations are also notable issues.
