I had a pleasant experience visiting Kapstones. The team is professional and welcoming. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot and entrance, which is a big plus. The ambiance is lovely, as mentioned by one of the previous visitors. However, I had some issues with the quality of the service, as some things could have been done better. Despite this, the prices were reasonable and the overall experience was enjoyable. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything particularly innovative or unique about Kapstones.
