I visited this pulmonary practice located in Building 3014, S Tamiami Trl Trail, Port Charlotte City, and was generally pleased with the experience. The doctor I saw was thorough and professional, explaining everything clearly and taking the time to address all my concerns. The staff was also friendly and courteous, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The office is well-maintained and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, one major issue stood out: the staff I encountered on my visit was very rude and unhelpful. This was a major turn-off and left a sour taste in my mouth. Despite this, I would still recommend this practice to others, but with the caveat that they need to work on improving their customer service.
