The business location at Building 4443, S Pleasant Grove Rd Road, Inverness City is well-regarded for its pet grooming services, particularly through K9 design. Many customers have had a great experience with fast and efficient service. Staff, such as Brenda, are skilled and attentive to detail, even receiving praise from veterinarians. The quality of the services is generally high, but there have been some comments about minor issues, like trimming ear hair. The prices are considered fair and reasonable. However, some customers have mentioned that they would like to see more innovative services or products offered. Overall, the business has a good reputation and many customers appreciate the flexibility in scheduling appointments.
