Julia's expertise in the mortgage industry was evident, and she took the time to explain each step of the process to me, making sure I understood everything. Her knowledge of mortgage options and her ability to find the best rates and terms for me were truly impressive. I was also impressed by the team's attention to detail and their commitment to transparency throughout the entire process. One area for improvement would be to have more flexibility in working hours, as they were not open on Sundays.
