This location appears to be a reliable and efficient online store for all fishing-related needs. The variety of products offered, including top brands like Daiwa, Shimano, and Yeti, suggests that the business takes pride in stocking high-quality items. The prices seem competitive, as one customer took advantage of the best online deal and was even offered a better price after calling to confirm their address. One potential drawback is that the physical store location may not be as impressive as the online experience. While the parking lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible, the store's online presence takes center stage. It's worth noting that the store has taken steps to ensure that customers receive their products quickly, as evident from the super quick shipment mentioned in one of the customer reviews. The store's focus on customer satisfaction is commendable, as seen in the review where a customer was contacted to confirm their address and offered a refund on shipping fees. This personalized approach sets the store apart from others and makes the customer feel valued. However, some customers might find the store's working hours to be limited, with no service available on Saturdays and Sundays. This might be a drawback for those who prefer to visit the store on weekends. Overall, this location seems to be a well-run and customer-focused business, even if there are a few areas for improvement. The store's commitment to quality, pricing, and innovation earns it a high overall rating.
