A client waited for over an hour for an appointment and was told that the nurse practitioner was unavailable due to being on her "day off". The nurse was reportedly rude and unprofessional, speaking loudly and disrespectfully. This behavior is completely unacceptable for a medical professional. It's unclear whether this issue is an isolated incident or a recurring problem, but it's a major concern.
