The location is wheelchair accessible and has a parking lot and entrance suitable for people with mobility impairments. The business operates under the names JR Insurance Service and Agencia de seguros. The working hours are the same every day, Monday through Saturday, from 7 in the morning to 8 in the evening. Customers have mixed experiences with the staff, with one client expressing disappointment with the way they were treated and refusing to sell a policy. On the other hand, some clients have reported receiving professional and knowledgeable service from the staff. There are some indications that the staff tries to offer the best deals. The working hours on Sunday are not specified. Overall, the location seems to be well-established, and the staff might be knowledgeable about insurance. However, there is a notable issue with the way some clients are treated by the staff, which may deter potential customers.
