Dr. Jorge Leal, the pain management physician, is knowledgeable and nice, which is a great advantage. However, the office has some issues with appointment scheduling and medication management. It takes a long time to see the doctor, and even after the visit, patients may still face problems getting the prescribed medication. In one case, a patient was not able to switch medication as agreed upon during the appointment. Patients may need to spend a lot of time on the phone to resolve these issues. Despite these problems, the office is wheelchair accessible, which is a positive feature. The doctor is knowledgeable, but the office's inefficiencies make it a frustrating experience for patients.
