I had a very positive experience with this medical service. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the medical assistant Lorrie is especially nice. Jordan Burnam is an excellent nurse practitioner, very knowledgeable and kind. She takes the time to explain everything and answers all your questions. She's very patient and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the visit. The office is clean and well-organized, and the waiting area is nicely decorated. The use of MyChart is also a great feature. However, I do have to note that some of the patients have mentioned that the wait time can be a bit long.
