I walked into this Tampa location, located in Building 1060 on W Busch Blvd Boulevard, and was greeted by a welcoming staff. The office seemed well-organized, with a comfortable seating area and a restroom that's easily accessible for visitors with mobility issues. The entrance and parking lot are also wheelchair-friendly, which is a great touch.I had the opportunity to meet with John R. Goss, LMHC, who is a part of this location. He was attentive and knowledgeable, and I felt at ease discussing my concerns with him. The staff also seemed to be on top of their tasks, handling phone calls and appointments efficiently.While I didn't have any major complaints, I did notice that the office could benefit from some additional amenities, such as more seating or a waiting area for larger groups.Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this location to others in need of legal, medical, or financial services. The variety of services offered, including counseling and doctor services, is impressive.However, it's worth noting that the office seems to be operating on a first-come, first-served basis, which can be a bit inconvenient for those who need to plan their visits ahead of time.
