This business offers high-quality medical services, including surgery and orthopedic care. The surgeon, John M. Small, MD, is experienced and highly skilled, with excellent bedside manner. Patients praise his expertise, particularly in spine surgery, and express gratitude for the care they have received. The medical assistant, Anita, is also commended for her helpfulness and welcoming nature. The business is located in a convenient spot with on-site parking, and amenities like wheelchair-accessible seating and restrooms are available. However, the lengthy working hours may not be suitable for all patients, and some may find it challenging to secure an appointment without advance planning. The business accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, which makes it accessible to a wide range of customers. It is worth noting that some patients have experienced long waiting times for appointments, which can be a drawback for those who are in urgent need of medical attention.
