First of all, the communication with clients appears to be almost non-existent. Many clients have reported being put on hold for an extended period of time when trying to contact them. Some have even claimed that their calls were ignored altogether. Additionally, it seems that the company's word and agreed-upon rates do not always hold any value. Clients have been underpaid, and some have even had to wait for a long time to receive their payment. There are also concerns about the quality of the loads being booked. Some have been cancelled at the last minute, leaving drivers with no income. Furthermore, the company's staff seems to be unprofessional, with some employees being rude to clients.
