Unfortunately, our experience at this community center was not positive. We were expecting to receive some much-needed services, but the initial excitement was quickly dashed when James cancelled our appointment at the last minute. This lack of professionalism and respect for our time was really disappointing, especially considering the sensitive nature of mental health services. The center's wheelchair-accessible parking lot is a nice feature, but it's not enough to make up for the poor service we received. Co-branding with John F. Lambert, LCSW may suggest a level of expertise, but it's not enough to guarantee a good experience. The phone number listed, +17274924926, was reachable, but our conversation was short-lived. We were really looking forward to working with this organization, but our first impressions were pretty off-putting.
