This place is truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and relaxed in the beautiful and clean space. Joanne, the owner, is a true professional and a master of her craft. She takes the time to explain every step of the process, is gentle, and ensures that you are at ease throughout the entire experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to using high-quality products are evident in the results. The prices are very reasonable considering the level of service and expertise you receive. While it may take some time to get an appointment, it's well worth the wait. However, be prepared to wait a bit for your appointment as she only does one client at a time. Despite this, the wait is worth it. Overall, I highly recommend Joanne for any waxing needs.
