This location is an excellent choice for those looking for various types of insurance. The office is located in a convenient area, and the working hours are well-suited for most people. The staff seems to be very knowledgeable and friendly, as shown by the numerous positive reviews. Many clients have expressed their gratitude for the excellent service they received, including Jenny, who was able to save them a significant amount of money on their house insurance. Some clients even mention that the staff handles their questions quickly and professionally, even when they ask seemingly simple or stupid ones. However, there is one issue that stands out from the negative reviews, where a client experienced poor service and was left frustrated with the lack of clear answers to their questions. Despite this, the agency's assistance with Allstate policies that were not written by their agency is limited. It's essential to note that the client's issue seemed to stem from a misunderstanding rather than a fault of the agency itself.Overall, the office appears to have a strong team that provides excellent service, but there may be some limitations in their ability to assist with certain types of issues.
