Built by JMI is a family-owned Central Florida builder that specializes in luxury homes and commercial spaces with a focus on craftsmanship and trust. The business offers a wide range of services, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring installation, and custom home building. The company has a strong reputation for providing high-quality work and excellent customer service. Many customers have praised the team's professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. They have a wide selection of products and are known for their expertise in tile work installation. However, there have been some issues with the quality of work in the past. One customer reported that the ducting in their home was not installed correctly, causing temperature fluctuations in one room. Another customer mentioned that the work was subpar and that they had to hire someone else to fix the mistakes.Despite these issues, the company has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and has a reputation for being responsive to customer concerns. They offer onsite services and have a team that is available to help with any questions or issues that may arise. The working hours at Built by JMI are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with no services available on weekends.
