This business location seems to be doing well, with a wide range of positive feedback from clients. The owners of JK Fabrication of Clearwater are described as professional, knowledgeable, and very customer-friendly. They provide high-quality products and services, including customization of hot dog carts and other food truck equipment. The business has a reputation for being reliable and responsive to clients' needs, with owners like John going above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied. Some clients have even commented on the great customer service and personal touches, such as John calling to update them on the status of their orders. However, there is one issue that stands out, a negative review from a client who claims they were not treated fairly and had to take the business to court. The owners dispute this claim, saying that the client had cancelled their order in writing and was unable to take the equipment home. Despite this issue, the overall positive feedback and high ratings suggest that JK Fabrication of Clearwater is a trustworthy and reliable business. With a bit more attention to customer communication and potential disputes, this business could really shine.
