The staff, including Jennifer and Julian, are knowledgeable about dog behavior and provide exceptional care to the pets in their charge. They offer a range of services, including daycare, boarding, and dog sitting, with flexible scheduling to accommodate clients' needs. One client praised the business for its professionalism and reliability, stating that they were able to relax knowing that their dog was in good hands. Another client appreciated the daily updates and pictures sent by the staff, which put their mind at ease while they were away. The business has a strong focus on providing a home-like environment for the pets, with comfortable living arrangements and plenty of attention from the staff. They also offer homemade, healthy dog treats, which are a nice touch. However, some clients have expressed concerns about the business's lack of availability during certain hours, particularly during the day. One client suggested that the business could benefit from expanding its services to accommodate working professionals who may need pet care during the daytime.Overall, JJ's Dog Yard is a great option for pet owners who are looking for a reliable and trustworthy pet boarding service.
