Jiva Med Spa in Wesley Chapel, Florida, offers a wide range of services, from laser treatments to skincare treatments. The staff is welcoming and professional, making every guest feel at ease. Cynthia, in particular, stands out for her exceptional customer service and expertise. The spa itself is clean and inviting, with a relaxing atmosphere perfect for rejuvenation. However, there was one instance where the phone call was hung up on a potential client, which is not acceptable customer service. Despite this, Jiva Med Spa has maintained a high level of quality and innovativeness in their services. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make every visit a positive one. Overall, Jiva Med Spa is a great choice for anyone looking for a professional and welcoming experience.
