Jewelry Express at Eagle Ridge Mall in Lake Wales is a reliable destination for all your jewelry needs. With a wide range of offerings, including repair services, customers can expect a personalized experience. The store's convenient location and operating hours make it easily accessible to visitors. The team, led by Joanne and her husband, is knowledgeable, professional, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
The store's wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot cater to customers with mobility issues, making it an inclusive space. A variety of payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, are available for customers' convenience. The store's small business status adds a personal touch to the shopping experience.
However, there is an issue with inconsistent customer service. Some customers have reported having to wait for an extended period before being attended to, which may lead to frustration. Despite this, the store's positive reputation and commitment to quality outweigh the drawbacks.
Overall, Jewelry Express at Eagle Ridge Mall is a great choice for those seeking a trusted jeweler with a wide range of offerings and a personalized shopping experience.
