This business location is quite welcoming, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. They offer repair services, which is a great addition to their offerings. However, there was one negative experience mentioned, where the owner was described as "appallingly rude" to a customer. It's worth noting that this incident occurred a few years ago, and most reviews praise the business for its excellent customer service, fair prices, and beautiful jewelry selection.
