Jennette Properties is a well-established company that provides excellent services to their clients. The company has a strong reputation for being responsive and professional. Roxanne Klopp, Chrissie Cummings, and other agents have received numerous compliments from clients for their excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to find the perfect properties. The company's property management services are top-notch, with many clients praising their ability to handle maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. They also have a strong network of local contractors, which makes the process of finding and hiring reliable workers much easier. One issue that was mentioned by a client was that the company's online payment method was not working properly. However, the company's staff was very responsive and worked with the client to find a solution.Overall, Jennette Properties is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management company. Their strong reputation, excellent services, and responsive staff make them a standout in the industry. It's worth noting that Jennette Properties has a variety of agents and staff members who work with clients to find and manage their properties. While some agents have received excellent reviews, others have not been as responsive or professional. However, this seems to be an isolated issue and not a reflection of the company as a whole. The company's physical location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The working hours are standard, with the office open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The phone number is easily reachable, and the company's website is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information. While the company's pricing is not clearly stated, the overall quality of service suggests that they are competitive with other property management companies in the area.
