Fine Properties Real Estate Brokerage is a reliable and experienced real estate agency located in Sarasota City. They offer a wide range of services, including real estate consulting, agent services, and other onsite services. The agency is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. Their working hours are consistent, with the same schedule every day of the week, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.Jeff Simpson Realtor is a co-brand associated with Fine Properties, and clients rave about his exceptional service. They praise his responsiveness, expertise, and ability to make the home-buying process enjoyable. Clients appreciate Jeff's willingness to go above and beyond, even after the sale is complete. He takes the time to explain each step of the process, making it easier for first-time buyers. While Fine Properties seems to excel in many areas, there is one notable exception. A past client expressed disappointment with the agency's pricing strategy, feeling that the listing price of a property was inflated and the agent did not respond to their concerns. However, it appears that the agency is willing to revisit the pricing if the client is willing to make a higher offer.Overall, Fine Properties Real Estate Brokerage appears to be a trustworthy and knowledgeable agency that provides exceptional service to its clients. With their extensive experience and dedication to helping clients find their dream homes, they are a great choice for anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Sarasota City.
