I had the pleasure of working with JDM Roof Restoration, and I must say that they exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I reached out to schedule an appointment, I was impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. They showed up on time, were very courteous, and got the job done efficiently. The quality of their work was outstanding, and my roof looks like new. I was a bit concerned about the cost, but they provided a very reasonable estimate, and I felt that it was worth every penny.
Their pressure washing service is top-notch, and they use the best equipment and techniques to get the job done. They are also very knowledgeable about their craft and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The owner is very accessible and responsive, which is a big plus in my book.
One minor issue that I experienced was that they didn't have a clear schedule for the appointment, but they did communicate with me regularly and kept me informed about their progress. They also didn't provide any follow-up service after the job was completed, but I'm sure that this is just an oversight.
Overall, I would highly recommend JDM Roof Restoration to anyone in need of a pressure washing or roof cleaning service. They are professional, reliable, and do excellent work.
