JDB Logistics Inc has been very helpful in managing my container importing needs. Gregg has been responsive and clear in his communication throughout the process. He's quick to answer questions and knows exactly what to do. They are located in a convenient place, with a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy to get around. The staff at JDB Logistics Inc seem to be very knowledgeable and efficient in handling their tasks. Overall, they provide excellent services. However, I had some issues with the organisation of tasks, I would recommend them to rework their workflow to make it more fluid and efficient for their customers. The website could also be improved with more details on their services and contact information.
