Based on available feedback, customers have reported a generally good experience with the company's service. Some have also appreciated the helpful tips provided for prevention and the availability of staff to answer questions. However, one client had a negative experience with the office staff, citing rudeness and poor communication. Another client reported a series of issues with scheduling and follow-through, which was partially attributed to understaffing and inadequate communication within the company. Despite these issues, the overall sentiment is positive, with many clients expressing satisfaction with the company's services and a few instances of excellent customer service. The lack of adequate communication and understaffing at this location is a significant issue that has affected several clients.
