I visited this location for a party and was extremely disappointed. The owner scheduled the event for my son's 5th birthday, but cancelled it at the last minute, leaving my child feeling sad and disappointed. This lack of reliability is a major concern for any potential customer. The working hours are 24/7, which is convenient for some, but it's not clear if the staff is always available to answer calls or respond to emails outside of regular business hours. The co-branding with Jay's Inflatable's 352 suggests that they might have a good reputation, but this experience was a letdown. Despite the long working hours, it's not clear if they are open for business every day of the week. The address is located on E Hwy 25 Street in Belleview City, which is not a well-known area. The fact that they cancelled the event on short notice raises questions about their commitment to customers.
