This vacation home rental agency is a hidden gem in Clearwater City. The owner, Jason, has put a lot of thought and effort into making each property unique and welcoming. The locations are perfect, with most of them being within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The properties themselves are beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Each one has its own theme, but they all share a common thread of being clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. From the Wine Cellar to the Beach House, each property has its own charm and character. The owners take pride in their work, and it shows in the little touches they've added to each property. From the wine and cheese baskets to the welcome books filled with local recommendations, every detail has been thought of to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The owners are also very responsive to any issues or concerns you may have. They're always available to help and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. One of the only issues we have with this agency is the lack of transparency in their pricing. Some of the properties are priced very high, while others are more affordable. It's not clear what factors into the pricing, making it difficult to compare properties.Overall, we would highly recommend Jason's Vacation Rentals to anyone looking for a unique and memorable vacation experience. With its perfect locations, beautifully decorated properties, and responsive owners, this agency has it all. Just be sure to read the fine print and understand the pricing before booking your stay.Note: The high rating for pricing is due to the fact that many of the reviewers mentioned that the properties were well-priced and a good value for the quality and location.
