The apartment complex has a well-maintained paid parking garage and offers amenities such as a swimming pool and maintenance services. The building has wheelchair-accessible parking lots and entrances. The staff, particularly Vicky, Vickie, and Chris, have been praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, there have been issues with maintenance, with some residents reporting long delays in getting repairs done and others complaining about the quality of the work. The management has also been criticized for being unresponsive and unhelpful in some cases. One resident reported having to wait for three months to get their closet door repaired and seven months for the drywall in the bathroom to be fixed. There have also been complaints about towing policies, with some residents reporting that their cars were towed without warning or reason. The rent prices seem to be in line with the market, with some residents feeling that the value for money is good. The complex's efforts to be more innovative and improve its services are evident, with some residents praising the staff's willingness to listen and adapt to their needs. However, the complex still has a long way to go in addressing the issues mentioned above. The overall rating of 3.8 reflects the mixed experiences of the residents.
