This business is a well-rounded provider of various services, including wedding photography, video editing, and IT services. The location is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. The working hours are flexible, accommodating customers with different schedules.
The staff is professional, kind, and attentive to customers' needs. They are willing to work with customers to create customized packages that fit their budget and preferences. The services provided are of high quality, and the team is skilled in capturing special moments and events.
One notable issue is that communication can break down, leading to delayed or missed expectations. In one instance, a customer waited nearly a year for their wedding video, and subsequent communication attempts were met with silence.
Overall, this business is a good choice for customers looking for a one-stop-shop for various services. While there may be some communication challenges, the quality of work and professional attitude of the staff make up for it.
